Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental USA. 

We aim to process all in-stock orders within 2 business days. Additional processing time may be required for some customizations. Please refer to product page for details.  

Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipments marked undeliverable due to incorrect address will not be refunded. 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us prior to shipping by emailing sales@creativefishy.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.

 

Refunds and Replacement

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by emailing sales@creativefishy.com and we will do our best to make it right. We offer a 1 year guarantee on all our 3d printed products.

 

Customization

Many of our products can be customized. Please select any customizations available at checkout. If you desire a customization that is not already listed, please email us before placing your order at sales@creativefishy.com with a description of what you are looking for and we will get back to you.
